The purpose of the SOAR Collaborative is to coordinate the SSI/SSDI Outreach and Access to Recovery (SOAR) work in Orange County, specifically to coordinate SOAR referrals, develop and monitor community goals for SOAR outcomes, trouble-shooting SOAR-related issues, and work towards SOAR Community Certification.
