HUD provides funding for homeless programs to local agencies through the annual Continuum of Care (CoC) grant competition. This document outlines information about the local Orange County process for the 2017 CoC competition, including info for:

• Agencies applying for new projects

• Community members who want to volunteer for CoC committees
